Please note that everything in the showpiece is made from chocolate (dark and white chocolate, plus food colours). There are no wires or any other devices to hold anything up. Each showpiece sits on a marble, ceramic or wooden board (for presentation purpose only).
Perhaps now you can see why I believe I have a wonderfully-creative group of classmates. I am constantly amazed by what they produce in the practical classes. I learnt a lot from them too (not just from the chefs).
