Not only does Chef A carve fruits, vegetables, cheese and chocolates, he does ice carvings too. Just a couple of days ago, Chef A completed a series of Christmas ice carvings (santa, elf and reindeers) at the front entrance of Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. Below are some photos. Just imagine how much work and skills are required to turn a few large blocks of ice into the sculptures you see in the photos above... Amazing, isn't it?
