BP Lesson 6: Yeast Dough (Part II)

These are my creations from last night's practical class (yes, Friday night 7-10pm). From top left corner (clockwise direction): Brioche Nanterre, Brioche à tête, Braided brioche, Pain aux raisins, Pain au chocolat, Croissant.

This entry is short because I am really tired -- it has been a busy week. I will have more to say about the brioches and croissants later. For now, please just enjoy the photo.
